Frederick County Public Safety Building -- A two-framed level, 291-piece total precast office building. Precast pieces consist of double tees, columns, beams, exterior wall panels, and stairs. The exterior wall panels consist of three (3) different concrete mixes and three (3) different sandblast finishes.
