Two Washingtonian Center Office Building

Built in two phases, over a period of two years, the office building at Two Washingtonian Center in Gaithersburg, MD features two different architectural precast mixes. Shockey manufactured spandrels, column covers, wall panels, and window units in its Winchester, VA plant, where the raw materials for phase two were stored until production time. In addition to the Shockey Precast Group, the construction team included the general contractor, Clark Construction of Bethesda, Md.
