For this project, located in Loudoun County, VA, The Shockey Precast Group provided its adaptable architectural precast concrete spandrels, column covers, banding, and coping. A striking three-story, Class A office facility, the building is a combination of glass, brick, and architectural precast concrete cast in a simulated limestone with an acid wash finish. The precast components were fabricated in Shockey’s Fredericksburg, VA plant. Joining Shockey Precast on the construction team was general contractor Whiting-Turner Contracting of Chantilly, VA.
