Presidents’ Park Office Building

The Presidents’ Park project consisted of two office buildings and two parking structures. Each office building is approximately 220,000 square feet and includes a parking structure that can accommodate 400 vehicles. The buildings are clad with architectural precast concrete on a steel structure with poured concrete floors. The precast features two colors with a light sandblast finish. The Shockey Precast Group was able to match the color and finish for all four structures and complete the project ahead of schedule. The general contractor for this project was James G. Davis Construction Corporation of Rockville, MD.
