Charles Town Race Track Parking Structure

The addition to the Charles Town Race Track parking structure is on 4¾ elevated levels and provides an extra 635 parking spaces. Shockey designed, fabricated, and erected more than 460 architectural and structural precast components for the project. The facility’s façade matches the previously existing structure with a buff, medium-blasted limestone finish on the exposed parts of the exterior. Howard Shockey & Sons, Inc., Shockey Precast’s sister company in Winchester, VA, served as general contractor on the project.
