This 11-story triangular office building in downtown Washington, DC features 87,000+ square feet of architectural precast concrete from Shockey. It is clad with column covers, spandrels and wall panels in two colors. The predominant finish is a light buff mix with an acid wash, which replicates a limestone finish. The second mix and finish is a red/gray with a medium sandblast. Manufacturing of the precast elements took place in Shockey Precast’s Fredericksburg, VA plant. The general contractor on the project was Clark Construction of Bethesda, MD.
