Bill has an educational background in engineering from Virginia Tech, and has been part of the Shockey family since 1964. His experience includes Sales Manager and Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Shockey Brothers, Inc. and the Shockey Companies.

Mark Phillips has a B.S. in Business Administration from Ferrum College, and a background in construction, including management, estimating, and surveying. His sales career includes positions with Lightweight Block Co., Hanson Brick, Boxley Block LLC, and Pro-Scapes.

Mike Jennings, Regional Sales Manager -- National Capital Territory 

Mike Jennings has 18 years of sales experience, most recently as a Regional Sales Manager with Luck Stone in Charlottesville.  He has a B.S in Business Administration from St. Bonaventure University, and currently serves as the Chariman of the Board of Trustees for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society Blue Ridge Chapter.
