WORK HISTORY:
Mr. Shockey began working for the Shockey Companies on a part-time and summer-time basis when he was a high school student. He has worked in every aspect of the businesses; laborer and production worker, administration, scheduling, purchasing and sales. Upon graduation from college in 1965, Mr. Shockey joined the companies on a full-time basis with emphasis on production and scheduling before being named Administrative Manager with responsibility for developing budgets and cost accounting methods. He was elected Executive Vice President 1975, President 1983, became CEO in 1999 and Chairman in 2006.

He has in the past served on the Board of Frederick County Industrial Development Authority; F& M National Corporation; Winchester Medical Center. Currently he is serving on the Regional Board of BB&T; Winchester Cold Storage and Winchester Equipment Co. He was the recipient of the Roanoke College Distinguished Alumni Award and Past Trustee of Roanoke College.

THIRTY-SEVEN YEARS EXPERIENCE IN CONSTRUCTION, CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS, SUPERVISION AND MANAGEMENT.
WORK HISTORY:
The Shockey Companies: Mr. Simmons joined the Shockey companies in 1978 as Operations Manager for Crider & Shockey, where he also served as General Manager; Vice President. Prior to his CEO appointment he served as: Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and President of the Shockey Companies, Crider & Shockey Inc., Howard Shockey & sons Inc., Shockey Brothers Inc., Exposaic Industries Inc., The Shockey Precast Group, Shockey Industries Inc., Shockey Management Company Inc.
Prior to joining The Shockey Companies, Mr. Simmons was a Technical Service Engineer for a national company providing cement, aggregates, and concrete admixtures to the construction industry, and previously had served as an EIT/Project Manager for West Virginia Department of Transportation.

Ed Kluckowski, President
Ed Kluckowski joined the Shockey Precast Group as its new president in March 2006. A registered professional engineer and retired military officer with 20+ years in the construction materials industry, Kluckowski is a graduate of Virginia Military Institute with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. His experience includes President, Vice President, General Manager, and Sales Manager for privately-held companies such as Northeast Solite Corporation, Rogers Group, and Luck Stone.
Marshall Sorenson, Vice President of Business Development and Sales
Marshall Sorenson has served as the Shockey Precast Group's Vice President of Business Development and Sales since 2003. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from West Virginia University, and has 19 years of industry experience, including Operations and General Management. He served as the 2006 president of the Mid-Atlantic Precast Association, and is a member of the PCI Total Precast Committee.
Tom McCabe, Vice President of Construction
Tom McCabe has more than 23 years of sales and project management experience with the Shockey Precast Group. In his current position as the Vice President of Construction, Tom provides leadership and guidance to the company's Project Managers and the Field Operations Department. He has been involved with or directly responsible for the successful execution of numerous sports facilities and parking structures, including the Ravens NFL football stadium in Baltimore, the University of Maryland Comcast Center Arena in College Park, and the PNC Park baseball stadium in Pittsburgh. He is a 1974 graduate of Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Arts in English, and an active member of the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute. (PCI)
David Orndorff, Vice President of Engineering
David W. Orndorff has served as the Shockey Precast Group's Vice President of Engineering since July 2005. A professional engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland, David's 20 years of experience with Shockey includes Manager of the Engineering division, Engineering Project Manager, and Senior Project Engineer. He was the 2006 Regional Affiliate President of the Winchester-Frederick County Habitat for Humanity; and a member of the Board of Directors. From April 2003 through October 2005, David served as Chairman, Technical Committee of the Precast Concrete Software Consortium (PCSC). In this capacity, he was responsible for the technical coordination of 13 active member producers and 14 consultants in the specifying and procurement of a new fully parametric 3D solid modeling software platform for the North American precast/prestressed concrete industry. David is also a member of the following Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) committees: Connections, Productivity, Membership, Blast & Structural Integrity.
