WORK HISTORY:
Mr. Shockey began working for the Shockey Companies on a part-time and summer-time basis when he was a high school student.
He has worked in every aspect of the businesses; laborer and production worker, administration, scheduling, purchasing and
sales. Upon graduation from college in 1965, Mr. Shockey joined the companies on a full-time basis with emphasis on production
and scheduling before being named Administrative Manager with responsibility for developing budgets and cost accounting methods.
He was elected Executive Vice President in 1975, President in 1983, became CEO in 1999 and Chairman in 2006.

Served on Board of Directors and several committees of the Prestressed Concrete Institute. Served on several committees of Virginia AGC.
Corporate and Community:
He has in the past served on the Board of Frederick County Industrial Development Authority; F&M National Corporation; Winchester Medical Center.
Currently he is serving on the Regional Board of BB&T; Winchester Cold Storage and Winchester Equipment Co. He was the recipient of the Roanoke
College Distinguished Alumni Award and Past Trustee of Roanoke College.

David Orndorff,
Vice President of Engineering
David W. Orndorff has served as the Shockey Precast Group's Vice President ofEngineering since July 2005.
A professional engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland, David's 20
years of experience with Shockey includes Managerof the Engineering division, Engineering Project Manager, and Senior Project Engineer.
He was the 2006 Regional Affiliate President of the Winchester-Frederick County Habitat for Humanity; and a member of the Board of Directors.
From April 2003 through October 2005, David served as Chairman, Technical Committee of the Precast Concrete Software Consortium (PCSC). In
this capacity, he was responsible for the technical coordination of 13 active member producers and 14 consultants in the specifying and
procurement of a new fully parametric 3D solid modeling software platform for the North American precast/prestressed concrete industry.
David is also a member of the following Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) committees: Connections, Productivity, Membership,
Blast & Structural Integrity.

Greg Elliott Vice President of Manufacturing
As The Shockey Precast Group’s Vice President of Manufacturing, Greg Elliott is responsible for the overall operations of SPG’s Winchester and Fredericksburg precast facilities.
In Greg’s 30+ years with The Shockey Precast Group, he has served as Quality Control Manager, Manufacturing Superintendent, and most recently, as Plant Manager of first the
Fredericksburg and then Winchester precast facilities. Greg is a member of the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) Productivity Committee.

 Don Cooper
CEO THE SHOCKEY COMPANIES
WORK HISTORY:
Don Cooper joined the Shockey Companies in 2005 as President of Howard Shockey & Sons, Inc. During his time with Howard Shockey, he was a key strategic and tactical contributor to its growth and success. He is a participative manager with a strong commitment to working closely in all aspects of the business.
Mr. Cooper was named the new CEO to The Shockey Companies January 1, 2009. He brings to The Shockey Companies 35 years of valuable insight and knowledge
regarding leadership and management challenges that are faced with today's growing construction market.

Tom McCabe,
Vice President of Construction
Tom McCabe has more than 23 years of sales and project management experience with the Shockey Precast Group.
In his current position as the Vice President of Construction, Tom provides leadership and guidance to the company's
Project Managers and the Field Operations Department.
He has been involved with or directly responsible for the successful
execution of numerous sports facilities and parking structures, including the Ravens NFL football stadium in Baltimore,
the University of Maryland Comcast Center Arena in College Park, and the PNC Park baseball stadium in Pittsburgh.
He is a 1974 graduate of Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Arts in English, and an active member of the Precast/Prestressed
Concrete Institute. (PCI)

Marshall Sorenson,
Vice President of Business Development and Sales
Marshall Sorenson has served as the Shockey Precast Group's Vice President of Business Development and Sales since 2003.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from West Virginia University, and has 19 years of industry experience,
including Operations and General Management.
He served as the 2006 president of the Mid-Atlantic Precast Association, and is a member of the PCI Total Precast Committee.
